Job description
Support the Ward Sister in his or her general management function and in the co-ordination of high quality services to patients and relatives. Under the direction of the Lead Nurse, lead in the development of all aspects of nursing within the ward, through the professional development of nursing staff, the implementation of evidence based practice and clinical audit.
