• Utilize performance monitoring systems to track productivity, identify trends, and proactively address any issues.
• Support the Team Leader in managing performance concerns and liaising with HR as necessary.
• Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members, contributing to their training and development.
• Manage client communications, including reviewing and responding to inquiries in a timely manner and participating in client meetings as needed.
• Ensure compliance with client-specific protocols, service level agreements, and key performance indicators to uphold client satisfaction.
Recruitment Criteria:
• Demonstrated expertise in claims processes, systems, and procedures, with a focus on EL/PL claims.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to problem-solve effectively in complex situations.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
• Proven track record of providing constructive feedback and supporting team members' professional development.
• Ability to adapt to changing client requirements and contribute to the evolution of best practices.
• Effective interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate outcomes.
• Commercial acumen and a solid understanding of market dynamics within the insurance industry.
• Passion for driving business success and a willingness to support strategic initiatives.
