Deputy Team Leader - EL / PL - Up to £30,000 salary - REF 552465

The Role

This is a superb opportunity to join an established law firm that offers specialist quality legal advice to both businesses and individuals.

Due to the development and continued growth of the firm’s Pre-litigation Personal Injury department, they are now seeking to appoint a Deputy Team Leader who will oversee a team of Paralegals handling pre-litigated case load from CNF through to settlement.

You will be responsible for the team performance, ensuring they meet KPIs and Targets and identify training needs and development.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience of supervising others, and have knowledge of the pre-litigation process of EL / PL cases

The Candidate

• Experience of supervising on pre-litigated cases
• Ability to work to deadlines
• Ability to encourage and manage people
• Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
• Excellent organisation and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional and effective communication with team members and clients
• Understanding of case law and litigation practice as well as SRA Standards & Regulations
