My client is seeking a qualified and experienced Personal Injury & Clinical Negligence Solicitor/Legal Executive with a minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience (PQE) to join their team in the Liverpool office. This full-time position offers a varied role within a dynamic and busy legal team.
 
The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a mixed claimant Personal Injury and clinical negligence caseload. This includes actively engaging with clients, handling inquiries, and providing regular updates on case progress. Effective communication with courts, counsel, experts, and relevant agencies is a crucial aspect of this role.
 
Applicants for this position must possess a minimum of two years PQE, specifically dealing with claimant Personal Injury and clinical negligence matters, including trial experience. Experience in submitting claims through the MOJ portal is essential, along with a strong work ethic and the ability to function effectively within a vibrant team.
 
The ideal candidate should be a self-starter, demonstrating organizational skills, ambition, and flexibility. There is an opportunity for skill development in niche areas, such as historic abuse cases. Additionally, the role involves managing an ongoing small caseload of Legally Aided claims against public authorities, and training can be provided in this regard.
