Personal Injury Fee Earner

An established multi disciplinary legal firm, in the heart of Liverpool's vibrant city centre is seeking an experienced solicitor/ Fee Earner to join their dynamic Personal Injury department. You will be dealing with a case load of litigated Fast Track and Multi Track Personal Injury cases.

Responsibilities include the management of litigated files, from initial client consultations to the finalisation of legal proceedings. The role demands proficiency in drafting legal documents, valuing damages, and negotiating settlements, alongside a steadfast dedication to client care. Advocacy skills will be honed through attendance at court hearings, both independently and alongside counsel.
The ideal candidate will possess a robust understanding of the Civil Procedure Rules and the MOJ Portal scheme, coupled with the ability to navigate conditional fee agreements and other funding methods. Administrative acumen is essential, as is the capacity to maintain meticulous records and correspondence. Candidates must demonstrate a track record of success in managing a similar caseload and be prepared to actively contribute to the department's growth.
The role requires a proactive approach to personal development, with relevant training opportunities provided to ensure continued excellence in service delivery.
