Our client is a regional law firm with offices across Merseyside. They are currently recruiting a Personal Injury Solicitor / Chartered Legal Executive to join their Personal Injury team. The firm offers a competitive salary and a hybrid working structure. They are open to both full-time and part-time options.
Your new role
This Personal Injury Solicitor / Chartered Legal Executive role will see you handle a mixed caseload of litigated and non-litigated EL/PL and RTA files. The majority of cases will be of a fast-track nature, however, there will also be exposure to multi-track files.
What you'll need to succeed
You should be a qualified solicitor/CILEX who is looking to progress your career in a well-run firm. Claimant Personal Injury experience is essential, and you must have previous experience handling your own caseload of EL/PL and RTA cases. Experience liaising with courts and barristers on general case preparation is essential, including instructing experts and briefing counsel.
