Personal Injury Fee Earner/Solicitor

Miller Grace are currently recruiting for a Personal Injury Fee earner or Solicitor to join a highly reputable Liverpool based law firm with multiple offices throughout the city. This role will be based at their City Centre office with excellent transport routes.

The firm is a multi service law firm covering numerous areas of law including Personal Injury, Clinical Negligence, Private Client, Conveyancing and Commercial law.

This particular role will involve the candidate managing a full Personal Injury caseload of both Litigated Fast Track and Multi Track matters. While the role will be working across a variety of PI matters it will have a particular focus on Employers Liability, Public Liability and RTA. Other key responsibilities of the role will include:

• Managing a diverse caseload
• Preparing instructions to counsel
• Advocacy at hearings
• Drafting Statements and Applications
• Negotiating settlements with defendant Solicitors

To be eligible for this role the candidate must have a background managing a litigated caseload within Personal Injury including EL/PL and RTA work. Experience with multi track matters is desirable and ideally the candidate will have worked in a PI fee earning/Solicitor role for at least 3 years.
