My client, a prominent legal practice in the North West, is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join their Liverpool office as a Personal Injury Fee Earner. Specializing in areas such as Personal Injury, Defamation, Clinical Negligence, Professional Negligence, and Abuse, my client offers an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about delivering exceptional service and achieving optimal results for clients.
The chosen candidate will be responsible for managing a caseload of pre- and post-litigation RTA Personal Injury files, with values up to £25,000.00. This role requires both independent work and collaboration within a team, handling a mix of liability admitted and disputed cases. Responsibilities include addressing general call queries, instructing medical experts, reviewing medical evidence, assessing liability and case prospects, and drafting witness statements.
To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:
- 2-3 years of post-qualification experience, with a strong background in Personal Injury claims and litigated cases.
- Familiarity with disputed cases and knowledge of Proclaim are advantageous. Strong organizational skills, the ability to prioritize work, and the capacity to work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment are essential.
