Are you an experienced and dedicated Social Worker ready to take on a leadership role? Join our vibrant Locality Team in South West London as a Deputy Team Manager and be a driving force in enhancing the well-being of our diverse community!
As the Deputy Team Manager of our Locality Team, you will play a crucial role in leading and supporting the team in delivering high-quality services to individuals and families. Key responsibilities include:
- Supervising and providing guidance to a team of Social Workers in their day-to-day activities.
- Overseeing case management, ensuring effective assessments, and contributing to the development of support plans.
- Collaborating with local services, partner agencies, and community resources to strengthen support networks.
