We are looking for a positive and driven
Design Assistant to assist the design team. This role would be ideal for a design graduate. This is an unpaid internship for
3 Months, then we will take the person on permanently if their performance meets business expectations.
Duties will include:- Photographing & labelling samples
- Deliveries to clients
- Cataloguing and filing fabrics/ trim
- Booking samples in and out
- Helping with research & fabric /trim sourcing for approaching seasons
- Organising showroom for buyers meetings
- Cutting swatches for fabric packs
- Administrative tasks
- Responsible for generally supporting design team
- Minor sewing/amending sample tasks
- Working on CADs for customers and own brand
- Sending Tech packs to off shore factories
- Builing relationships with off shore factories
