SALARY: 25,000 - 30,000
Our client is leading suppliers of architectural metalwork in the south of England and seeking a dynamic individual to join their Drawing Office as a Design Coordinator/ Administrator.
The role will include:
- Assist with Design Admin Tasks
- Uploading/ Issuing of Drawings for Approval.
- Co-ordination of Client comments for onward design
- Setting up of projects ready for Designers
- Co-ordination of site survey documents / information returned from site.
- Preparation of Contract Variations for quotes.
- Designer Planning
- Preparation of O&M Manuals
- Preparation of works for Engineers
Desirable skills
Previous experience in administration or the Construction Industry would be an advantage.
x Any Experience with BIM
x Experience using Powerproject
x Experience with Online approval systems such as Viewpoint, Asite, Acconex
x Experience with AutoCAD, Advance Steel or PTC Creo Design Software
