Are you a Design Engineer with a background in Audio Visual equipment design, looking to work for an international AV / Lighting company who have massive growth plans in the high-end residential and super yacht sector, offering you the potential to work 2 to 3 days from home and travel globally?

On offer is the opportunity to join a growing design department with a company who have a varied client base where no two projects are the same, they provide a 360 service to their high-end customers from initial enquiry all the way through to installation. They currently have projects based in Turkey, Germany and soon to be Amsterdam.

In this varied and autonomous role, you will be given full project responsibility including full system design from start to finish, design changes, client visit's, assisting in the delivery and be given the ability to work on the latest technologies in the market. You will also be put through courses and training relating to lighting design if required.

This role would suit a Design Engineer with an Audio Visual background looking to work for a growing company working in a high-end sector with international projects, who will give you training, travel and the opportunity to work from home a few days per week.

The Role:

• Full AV / Lighting System Designs in AutoCAD 2D
• Design Costing and Sales documentation
• Client visit's / meeting's to discuss amendments and changes
• Report to Design Manager and participate in weekly meetings
• Working on specific projects
• International Travel involved - varied amount
• Monday to Friday (8:30-4:30PM)
• Hybrid Working - 2 to 3 days from home (after probation)

The Person:

• Design Engineer or similar
• Background in AV (Crestron, AMX, RTI)
• Commutable to Macclesfield on office based days.
