The successful Design Manager will be responsible for the production and delivery of design proposals, for all services across our client for company that that the company undertakes. All designs shall be compliant to employers’ requirements, governing legislation, and best practice standards.
· The Design Manager shall also be responsible for the research, planning, timelines, agreed implementation, training and delivery of additional services into the company, all as defined by the company Directors.
· Delivery of innovation, efficiencies, smarter & simpler installation practices and principles through technological advances, industry & supplier investigation, and liaison, shall also form part of this role.
· Leading and proposal of the business technology roadmap, to ensure the company remains at the forefront of industry innovation and systems benefits for our client base.
· Close and regular liaison with our key client, industry, and supply chain partners to develop strategies, innovation, designs, specifications, and solutions that meet demanding and changing business needs.
· Management of the design, networking, fire, technical & compliance executives, to ensure that all business requirements in terms of proposals, standards and information are achieved and delivered.
· Liaison and communication with the business estimating department, throughout the process, to ensure that all tenders are built and submitted to client requirements, specification and compliant to our recommendations.
The ideal candidate for this role should possess a solid understanding of security technology, coupled with some managerial experience. With a team of three reporting directly to them, they'll need to exhibit proactive leadership qualities and be self-motivated, capable of working autonomously with minimal supervision.

- 37.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.00pm
