ROLE: Design Project Manager

LOCATION: Wellingborough

HOURS OF WORK: Monday-Friday (Days)

BASIC SALARY: Upto £45K per annum (plus annual bonus)

My client is looking for a Project Manager. Due to an internal move, they now have a rare opportunity for a driven individual to join their project management team. In this Project Manager role, you will be responsible for:

• Developing the sold CAD design through to the final deliverable design
• To proactively ensure all projects are compaeted within budget and timeframe
• Coordinating technical details with clients (all post sale)
• Creating bills of materials and fabrication instructions
• Arranging subcontract activities & technical show services
• To ensure a;; internal systems are kept up-to-date (CRM & ERP)
• Client liaison
• Oversight of onsite build
• Coordinating of a wide variety of internal activities, which will include manufacture of joinery and engineered components, graphics printing and finishing, logistics, on-site installation and dismantle, and integration of our in-house developed engagement offerings

In order to be successful as a Project Manager you must:

• Have a proven track record in project management
• Strong problem solving skills
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal kills and able to make decisions
• Working knowledge of Auto Cad / Vectorworks systems
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Full driving licence and passport
• Desirable but not essential - Prince2
