JOB TITLE:Design Researcher
SALARY:£66,861 - £74,290
LOCATION:London
HOURS:Full-Time
WORKING PATTERN:Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, in the office.
About this opportunity
Our Research team are great at understanding customers and creating insights from research data! We apply customer research methodologies, running strategic & tactical projects, interpreting the results and delivering clear, well thought out insights that guide business strategy and inform and shape Design.
Working together with other teams across Lloyds Banking Group, you'll get to grips with key business challenges and influence them on the research requirements.
You'll have experience of being a great partner with research agencies, crafting clear briefs and working with agencies to deliver. As we also bring some research in-house, experience of delivering quantitative research end to end would be an advantage. This includes taking raw data, analysing, interpreting and translating into clear insights.
Attendance at research can be involved (can sometimes include evenings) as well as occasional meetings with agencies and other people working on our projects - this may involve travel.
What you'll need
- Ability to understand and t ranslate business requirements and commercial objectives into research requirements- advise and guide a team of multidisciplinary senior stakeholders.
- Strong stakeholder management experience.
- Create coherent briefs that balance cost, time and robustness.
- Strong project management capabilities, ability to handle several projects simultaneously, and deliver to tight timelines.
- An adaptable approach to change, and efficient management ensure that projects are delivered on budget and to schedule.
- Strong experience in the E2E Research process.
- Deep qualitative and quantitative research expertise, a strong practical understanding of how to best apply a broad range of research techniques to answer the research question(s).
- Being able to interpret, synthesise and analyse complex data to identify important insights.
- Clearly and succinctly articulate those well-conceived and actionable insights, in a way that guides business strategies and shapes and informs Design.
- Experience in working in highly regulated research environments is desirable
