A Local Construction Company based in Bury St. Edmund is seeking an experienced Secretary with proven secretarial and administrative experience gained in a fast-moving office environment.
You will be responsible for:
- Taking minutes
- Maintaining databases
- Managing diaries
- Inputting data and producing reports and information packs
- Liaise with third parties to register new developments
- Obtain appropriate certificates and energy supplier references
Excellent Candidate:
- Hands-on approach and a can-do attitude
- Real team worker with proven secretarial or administrative experience gained in a fast-moving office environment
- Excellent communication
- Keyboard and IT skills are a must
- An eye for detail and a proactive approach will be key
To be successful in your application, you will have previous administration experience ideally within the construction or new home building industry. You will have strong Excel and have a keen eye for detail.
