Academics are currently looking for enthusiastic Design Technology Teachers for flexible supply opportunities within their partnership secondary schools in Stoke-on-Trent and Newcastle-under-Lyme.

Our supply opportunities are great as they allow our teachers to be flexible with the days that they wish to work. These roles can be ideal for Early Career Teachers (ECTs) as they could potentially lead to more long-term and permanent roles in some of our schools.
Design Technology Teachers who apply for this role must:
- Hold the relevant Design Technology qualification (PGCE, B. Ed or BA Hons) with Qualified Teaching Status (QTS/QTLS).
- Be able to deliver exciting and engaging Design Technology lessons using your own creativity and initiative.
- Be a confident motivator in the classroom, and can build excellent rapport with students and staff.
- Have excellent practical knowledge of the national curriculum and to have a proven track record of working with students in KS3/KS4.
- Hold a current Enhanced DBS that is registered with the Update Service, or to be prepared to apply for a new Enhanced DBS with ourselves (cost applied).
Please be aware for this particular role you will be paid according to your teacher pay grade.
