As we enter an exciting new phase of growth, Sika UK Distribution is seeking a Designer to support the Everbuild to Sika Brand Transition Programme, for a three-year period.

This role is responsible to deliver the creative assets required for the Everbuild to Sika Brand Transition Programme to ensure the brand transfer resonates with our audiences to drive business results.

The Opportunity

We offer an exciting position with opportunity to support the delivery of a best practice brand transition. We need you to deliver as follows.

• Working with the Brand Marketing Manager to manage a clear plan for multi-channel assets required to deliver the Brand Transition Programme
• Using experience and expertise, deliver the product and campaign design assets aligned to brand identity.
• Working in collaboration with the Brand Transition Team and creative agency help shape the Sika Brand to target a Trade/ End User audience
• Working closely with the Brand Marketing Manager determine how and when stakeholder and customer insight informs the brand development
• Build integrated ways of working with key stakeholders.

• Min 4 years’ experience in a Designer role with a Business / Marketing/ Design degree in a design field such as graphic design, industrial design, multimedia design, or a related discipline.
• Strong design portfolio demonstrating business experience
• Solid understanding of brand, product, and marketing design
• Proficiency in design software tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is crucial.
• Good analytical and evaluation skills
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Enthusiastic, confident, and dynamic personality with a strong ability to adapt and learn
