We are one of the top performing abstinence based residential drug and alcohol abuse rehabilitation centres in the UK on the look-out for that special kind of person who can communicate well with people and is motivated to make a difference in people's lives.
The detox unit is an eight bedded unit with 2 beds being in another unit. We take a variety of clients from Staffordshire, surrounding areas and out of area, and provide a medically managed service where we detox clients from a variety of substances.
The purpose of this role is to enable residents living in our accommodation to build, develop and utilise independent living skills in order to re-integrate back into the community whilst empowering them through the provision of a safe and secure living environment.
We are looking for someone who is a team player and shares our organisational values.
The main duties include:
· Induct new clients into the BAC O'Connor Centre, providing them with the information they need when they join us.
· Complete the paperwork with the clients including care plans/risk assessments
· Ensure all processes are followed when a client is admitted.
