Cognisant has been instructed to appoint a Development Director (Hospitality) to join our client based out of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
This project falls in line with the ambitious Vision 2030 objectives and our client focuses on creating forward-thinking and sustainable urban environments that enhance the quality of life for residents and visitors.
Position Summary:
The Development Director will take charge of end-to-end process orchestrating the planning, execution, and successful completion of a visionary flagship project in Riyadh.
A pivotal role which demands a seasoned professional with a demonstrated track record in hospitality real estate development, adept project management skills, and effective team leadership. The Director will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, government stakeholders, to architects, designers, and consultants ensure the project's success.
Skills & Experience Required
Proven experience in large scale, hospitality led developments.
Strong track record of managing several projects simultaneously.
Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
Proficiency in project management software, financial modelling, and Microsoft Office Suite.
