Our flagship Patient Support & Advocacy Service provides practical, emotional and financial support for anyone affected by chronic kidney disease. Whatever the need presented, we empower people living with CKD and their families and carers to understand their options and make informed choices to positively navigate their experience of CKD.
As part of an exciting expansion we are seeking a Regional Project Manager to lead the Patient Support & Advocacy team in North West England (Lancashire, Greater Manchester, Liverpool and The Wirral), to reach kidney patients at their point of need and ensure they are supported or signposted to the services that will improve their wellbeing and maximise outcomes in line with the objectives of Kidney Care UK and the project.
Based within the region, you will be an experienced line manager, used to supporting people in need in a social or healthcare setting. You’ll enjoy making connections and building relationships across the renal community to raise the profile and awareness of the service. And you’ll keep a close eye on recording and monitoring outputs and responding to achieve the best outcomes for people living with CKD.
Experience of CKD as a patient, caregiver or health professional is particularly welcome.
