Development Programme Manager (£57,868 per annum, full time, permanent)
Job Role
We’re looking for someone to join our busy development team to manage our funding programmes and engagement with funding partners.
You will be responsible ensuring reporting, compliance assurance and risk management across the directorate so will ideally have a good knowledge and experience of the Homes England funding guide and audit processes.
You’ll be working with our partners such as Homes England (HE) and local authorities, so you’ll have great communication and interpersonal skills. You will ensure our Development Programme reflects current policy requirements and best practice. You’ll need to be confident in using IT packages, including HE IMS and Pamwin.
You’ll have been working in development for at least three years, and ideally have a professional qualification in financial accounting, construction, or housing.

Location and Hours
Hybrid working with an office base of Sevenoaks.
37 hours per week from 8.45am to 5.15pm Monday to Thursday and 8.45am to 4.45pm Friday.
