Drive forward the PPHS, improvements and transformational change within the service as the project progresses in partnership with Acute Trusts and other stakeholders. Be responsible for handling all the PPHS single point of access referrals and allocating them to the appropriate site for actioning, providing comprehensive administrative support and to act as a key contact point for stakeholders. Provide a high-level range of administrative and executive support functions such as diary management, arranging meetings, managing a generic email address, and logging complaints. The post holder(s) will be required to support women to organise appointments in the clinics around the region, with the awareness that this is often a vulnerable time during early motherhood. Women struggling with complex Pelvic Health issues, which are often stigmatised and taboo issues due to embarrassment or normalisation. They are also regularly juggling a newborn and sleep deprivation, therefore the postholder will need a calm nature and a patient tone when taking calls or rescheduling.
