Ada is partnered with a SaaS looking for an experienced DevOps/Platform Engineer to join their tech team. The company delivers quality workplace training for some of the world’s largest brands. Specifically, you will find your day is made up of lots of cross-functional team work, as the company both overhauls their SDLC process and consolidates their cloud infrastructure into one place.
Ideal candidate:
• Demonstrable experience in a similar-level role
• Firm interest/knowledge in Security
• Background in SaaS or Start-up/SME environment
• Very collaborative nature e.g. love getting involved in pair programming
• Experience with serverless (AWS Lambda, DynamoDB etc)
Responsibilities
• Build and maintain public cloud-based infrastructure, deployment pipelines, and supporting services
• Enable software development teams to deliver high-performance, reliable, and secure web services
• building CI/CD pipelines that enable software to move through its lifecycle effectively and quickly
• Deploying and maintaining Web Applications
• Writing scripts/code to build tools and automate tasks
• Managing monitoring tools and strategies and load/performance testing
Tech
• AWS/GCP
• Terraform/Docker/Kubernetes (in production ideally)
• Prometheus/Grafana
• AWS Serverless e.g. Lambda
• Software development background in Python/PHP (ideal not essential)
• Understanding of compliance/audit frameworks (SOC2, ISO-27001)
