A well-led surgery near Aylesford would like to recruit an experienced Diabetes Specialist Practice Nurse to join their team on a permanent basis. This is an amazing opportunity to join forward-thinking practice with a good CQC-rating. The practice are very "Team- Orientated" and they value their team structure.
The practice is near local shops and amnesties, with plenty of on-site parking available. They have a large patient list size with over 20000 patients and a supportive team of GPs, ANPs, and HCAs to support you. The practice has a smaller site that's only about 1 mil away from the larger site.

They are looking for a Practice Nurse who has additional qualification in Diabetes Management and can perform treatment room duties. Ideally, you'll be able to perform smears, Chronic disease Management, Immunisations, Flu Vaccinations, Complete full Diabetic Reviews (including initiation of injections, medication management) Family Planning, and Dressings.
