The Role

Your role as a Diagnostic Technician is crucial in delivering an exceptional customer experience, built on trust and honesty. We are expanding our team and currently seeking skilled individuals who take pride in their work. As a Diagnostic Technician you will be the expert in carrying out diagnosis and undertaking servicing and repair work on customer vehicles. You will effectively use your technical knowledge and skills to ensure you and your colleagues are working efficiently. You will be expected to liaise with service advisors, customers and senior management ensuring excellent customer service and a professional approach at all times. We will also require you to assist in the mentoring and development of apprentice technicians. Quality workmanship and achieving first-time fixes are core values that guide everything we do.

Training

• We will work with you to further develop your skills with web-based training and at Volvo’s training centre in Daventry with a focus on hybrid and battery technology.

Qualifications required.

• Level 3 qualification in Automotive
• Full driving licence
• We will provide all tools

Salary

• £16.30 per 40 hour week, plus annual bonus of £2400 , OTE £36,000
• Overtime paid at appropriate rate
