This will be Hybrid working from their offices in Shoreditch with a salary between £40,000 - £50,000 DOE plus excellent benefits package.
Job Overview:
As a Digital Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in planning, executing, and optimising digital marketing campaigns to achieve exceptional client results. Your responsibilities will span across various digital channels, including Paid Search, paid social, and programmatic display. With a predominant focus on PPC (50-60%), you'll navigate the entire marketing mix, emphasising Digital Performance conversion campaigns. You will collaborate with industry giants such as Google, Meta, and DSP representatives to ensure the implementation of best-in-class campaigns aligned with client objectives.
Your role extends beyond campaign execution to encompass strategic leadership. You will track campaign performance, recommend optimisations, and generate insightful reports for clients. Additionally, you will be at the forefront of introducing new digital buying techniques, modern search practices, and measurement-focused bid strategies.
Your strategic influence will not only be client-focused but also extend to department-level decisions. Working closely with the Digital Director, you will actively contribute to implementing streamlined processes and integrating new technologies, ultimately elevating departmental efficiency and overall performance.
Job Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute Paid Search, paid social, and programmatic display campaigns, consistently delivering valuable client results.
- Architect campaigns aligned with best practices and client objectives.
- Collaborate with Google, Meta, and DSP representatives to execute best-in-class campaigns.
- Track campaign performance, recommend optimisation's, and implement them.
- Generate insight reports for clients, offering strategic feedback and insights from campaign activities and innovations.
- Pave the way for new digital buying techniques, including modern search practices and measurement-focused bid strategies.
- Continuously optimise media plans to ensure spending and performance align with clients' monthly schedules and objectives.
- Attend virtual and in-person meetings, working closely with clients.
- Define and implement digital maturity roadmaps for clients across short and long-term timelines.
- Identify and communicate new media opportunities effectively to internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist the Digital Director in department-level decisions, implementing processes, and adopting new technologies for enhanced efficiency and performance.
- Contribute to pitching for new business opportunities and exploring incremental commercial possibilities within existing clients.
- Manage a Digital Account Executive and support senior employees. Contributing to the recruitment, selection, onboarding and induction of a new team members. Foster cross team collaboration and ensuring the team are working towards company policies, procedures and directives.

About you:
- A degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field is desirable, though not essential.
- Professional certifications in digital marketing, such as Google Ads and Facebook Blueprint, are highly desirable.
- Experience of hands-on, in-depth experience in Paid Search.
- Proven experience in planning and executing paid social and/or programmatic display campaigns.
- Proficient in managing budgets and forecasting performance across channels.
- Demonstrated ability to oversee all aspects of a paid media campaign, including keyword research/audience creation, copywriting, bidding, concept planning, search term analysis, and landing page optimisation.
- Confident in utilising analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, and Campaign Manager, with a strong understanding of tracking and conversion optimisation
- Experience in client-facing roles and managing relationships with key stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience in managing and mentoring a team, preferably in a digital marketing setting.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
- Up-to-date knowledge of the latest developments within Paid Search and digital marketing.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, coupled with outstanding verbal and written communication capabilities.
- Strong understanding of tracking, measurement, and data visualisation solutions.
- Strong aptitude for writing, grammar, and proofreading.
- Excellent planning and organisational abilities, able to prioritise and manage time for both personal and team tasks across multiple clients in a fast-paced environment.
