What you'll do
As a Digital Client Services Manager at Nectar360, you will play a crucial role in managing and developing key media agency relationships, driving revenue across all Nectar360 solutions in line with overall business targets. Your responsibilities will include building strong relationships with clients and their agencies to identify revenue opportunities, understanding objectives and applying potential Nectar360 solutions, and supporting the annual planning process with Sainsbury's. You will manage all activity for your agency group, ensuring timely delivery of results and reporting on campaign evaluation. Additionally, you will develop relationships with key personnel at Sainsbury's and relevant agencies, establish effective communication across the internal team, and proactively provide updates on client, project, and revenue status to line managers. Your strong communication, and presentation skills will be essential in achieving success in this role, and your self-motivation and proactive approach will contribute to the team's overall goals.

Who you are
As a Digital Client Manager at Nectar360, you are a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong background in media agency sales. Your ability to develop and maintain key agency relationships is unparalleled, allowing you to identify revenue opportunities and provide strategic solutions that align with agencies' objectives. With a deep knowledge of Nectar360's business, as well as insights and communications capabilities, you confidently navigate the complex landscape of agency expectations and deliver results that exceed their expectations. Your business acumen, self-motivation, and proactive attitude contribute to the overall success of the team, while your constant awareness of industry trends and competitive threats guarantees that you stay ahead of the curve and leverage opportunities for growth.
