We are currently seeking an experienced individual to join our GTRF team in the role of Senior Client Manager covering Receivable Finance clients.
The key purpose of this role is to be responsible of the implementation of RF products and management of new/existing bespoke RF client facilities with aim to maximize commercial profitability and relationship depth.
This will include responsibility for onboarding clients, providing consultative knowledge to Sales and Structuring teams; and managing facilities with aim to manage risk while increasing volume/value of invoice financing. Key responsibilities include providing technical expertise in the structu

In this role, you will:
• Project Manage and perform timely and accurate onboarding of new clients; organise and lead internal/external stakeholder meetings and review project status against the plan; risk analyse roadblocks and identify timely resolution
• Undertake sector/portfolio planning, client monitoring and regular portfolio reviews for clients in conjunction with relevant business partners; such as TRM, Credit, RMs etc
• Provide expert direction/advisory subject matter expertise for the completion of complex solutions and execution of a high-quality service to our customers across all segments
• Provide support and technical expertise to the business development teams on key deals and clients, liaising with product, structuring and proposition teams
• Personally, and through others, hold and develop predominant technical expertise in open account solutions across geographies with understanding of trends and market development
• Be the senior subject matter expert and oversee the provision of transaction specific knowledge to product/proposition management and client facing teams to ensure the correct structuring of transactions and fit for purpose solutions to clients
• Build close working relationships with European and Global colleagues to facilitate global solution implementation and structures replication
• Identify and communicate process gaps and improvement opportunities; express willingness to own improvement initiatives; and be recognized by leading change for the better and excellent client delivery
• Understand and describe which products and channels relate to specific clients and maintain open and honest dialogue with key stakeholders i.e., Sales, Product, Coverage
• Deliver business strategies for Solution Structuring in conjunction with wider team and Head of Product and Proposition
