Job Description
- Develop and implement engaging content for various Digital and Social Media platforms.
- Monitor and report on Social Media metrics to inform strategy adjustments.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align digital content with broader campaign themes and goals.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends to keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice across all digital platforms.
- Respond to Social Media inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage the content calendar and schedule posts accordingly.
- Assist in the planning and execution of digital campaigns and events.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Digital and Social Media Content Assistant should have:
- A degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
- Proficiency in Social Media platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Exceptional writing skills, with the ability to create engaging and persuasive content.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret digital performance metrics.
- Experience in the public sector or a related industry would be advantageous.
