Job Description
Key responsibilities for the Digital and Social Media Manager include:
- Developing and maintaining the Social Media calendar and Social Media platforms
- Understand the target audience and develop compelling campaigns
- Creation and Production of Social Media content
- Utilise video, influencers and paid social when required
- Manage partnerships and source new partnerships with influencers and ensure returns on investment
- Work closely with the retained digital agency
- Coordinate with the wider marketing team
- Generate leads from Social Media
- Grow audiences across different departments
- Monitor and report on performance of Social Media campaigns
- Monitor competitor activity
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate:
- Either a Digital and Social Media Manager or a Marketing Executive with experience in managing multiple Social Media channels, calendars and strategies
- Experience managing strategies and campaigns
- Proficient content creation
- Knowledge of paid social across all leading platforms
- Experience of executing influencer campaigns
- Experienced in analysing data for measuring success
