We are on the lookout for individuals who can help us design and deliver the future of Digital Banking for our clients.
These individuals will work alongside a range of our strategic alliance partners, gaining exposure to the latest in Digital Banking technology, and will have the opportunity to contribute to market-transforming programmes around the world.
They'll be responsible for: 1) making sure we understand both market and client needs, 2) proposing and selling the right solutions to meet market and client needs, and 3) leading teams in the early stages of programmes to ensure alignment to client strategy.
They'll need to be versatile, adaptable, and - importantly - enjoy the challenge of a varied and collaborative role. In addition, they'll need to be happy to travel internationally (frequently) and be open-minded to working abroad.
What you'll get to do:
Product consulting:
- Build a detailed understanding of Digital Banking solutions and work closely with business development teams to create sales opportunities
- Run workshops with clients to understand their needs, and support with detailed demos of Digital Banking platform capabilities
- Design and document business model and technology solutions for our clients
- Help set up an implementation programme for success before handing over to an implementation team
Product strategy:
- Competitor analysis and market analysis to form a view of the appropriate Digital Banking solutions for our target markets and clients
- Design new go to market propositions, based on your knowledge of the capabilities of the latest Digital Banking platforms
- Develop sales materials with a deep understanding of Digital Banking platforms and client needs
Product ownership:
- Develop deep understanding of the different areas of Digital Banking platforms: Onboarding, Fincrime, Payments and Cards, Accounts and Insights,
Lending, Customer Services, Core Banking and Reporting
- Develop a deep technical understanding of the product and how it works and work closely with the engineering teams
About your background
- You have worked in client-facing roles, in a consulting role, or at a technology company
- You have experience in financial services (ideally personal and business banking)
- You have experience of rapidly identifying client problems and presenting solutions in a structured and informative manner
About your skills
- You are inquisitive and like the detail of understanding how something does and should work
- You have a technical aptitude and curiosity
- The ability to be self-motivated in a highly autonomous environment, in a collaborative team
- You have strong presentation and facilitation skills
- You have attention to detail
- You can adapt your communication style to different stakeholders (Senior clients, technology vendors, engineering functions)
- You are comfortable dealing with ambiguity
