The Opportunity
We are actively recruit ing a Digital Business Analyst t o be part of our dynamic E-Trade team to manage BAU and project activities. This role is working across QBE's UK SME E-trade business across Property, Casualty and Motor business lines. This role manage s the design, development and testing of e-trade products rules, rating, and data enrichment integrations across various distribution platforms including QBE 's Fastflow Extranet. The successful candidate will also m anage the error process to ensure all incidents are triaged, reported, pro-actively followed up and fixes applied according to SLAs in place.
Main responsibilities for this role may include, but are not limited to:

• Managing, in collaboration, with Underwriting, Pricing, Distribution, Compliance, Actu r is / other Software Houses and Brokers end to end to design, development and testing of e-trade products to ensure the specifications and data integration are accurate, fit for purpose and reflect QBE underwriting appetite as well as quality tested including regression testing.
• Project managing change/improvement requests.
• Attending and actively contributing in internal and external meetings, as required, in order to share and develop strategy, knowledge and best practice.
• Working collaboratively with and managing 3rd party suppliers to "deliver product/services to agreed standards and within set timeframe.
• Applying testing skills and techniques across all platforms, from test planning, test pack writing, test execution to management of test ing partner.
• Managing error process and escalating when necessary.
• Identify and self-report Compliance risks and issues

Essential Experience

• Digital business analys is experience in Financial Services
• Proficient use of Excel with excellent attention to detail
• An understanding or and/or practical experience using e-trade systems, specifically Acturis platform would be beneficial

• Good organisational and a bility to work under own initiative
• Methodical and logical approach to problem solving
