Are you experienced in Digital Communications and looking for your next career opportunity ?
As a Digital Communications Analyst you will help us increase our digital presence across our global business and you will form great relationships with key stakeholders and senior leaders as you find innovative ways to drive employee engagement.
Reporting into the Digital Communications Lead in Edinburgh, you will be joining a fast paced and dynamic environment that affords you the unique opportunity to help enhance our digital content to inform, engage, and inspire our colleagues in an award-winning British bank.
Required Experience and qualifications:
- Using Adobe Creative Cloud, you’ll have experience creating compelling content to support end-to-end campaigns, taking form in videos, podcasts, Fireside Chats, digital signage and more.
- Collaborate with our Platform and Content Manager to create digital content for our internal communications platform.
- Help to build our Creative Studio to enhance the quality of our digital content
- Develop our video platforms to target audiences and analyze key metrics to monitor engagement and identify opportunities to improve what we do.
- Keep up to date with external trends to inform and shape Chase’s digital content.
- Provide AV/tech support for the Communications team and when arranging leadership engagement events.
- Develop strong internal stakeholder relationships with our central digital production team.
- Ensure branding guidelines are maintained throughout all digital content with all locations in the operation are fairly represented.
- Maximize functionality of our platforms to streamline audiences and develop internal social media channels
Desirable experience and qualifications:
- Experience working in financial institutions.
- Relevant experience working in Internal Communications or a similar field.
