Job Summary

We are working with a highly successful communications agency that works with governmental, NGO, and private sector clients to deliver strategic and effective communications campaigns tackling real-world events and issues. This is a meaningful and impactful job, and they're looking for someone to join the team on a contract basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Digital research for the digital campaign strategy including channel and targeting options, audience research, influencer research and promotional options, across Meta, YouTube, Telegram, TikTok and Twitch
• Creating, monitoring and managing high volumes of Telegram accounts alongside deploying content across channels, working in partnership with campaign Digital Content Managers and Content Producers
• Developing external partnerships: working directly with channel owners, across Telegram, YouTube and Twitch (amongst other platforms) to establish relationships and plot campaign participation
• Community management to track performance of campaign content and relevant conversation (both public and private); developing approaches for direct engagement with target audiences, crisis management responses and plans, and moderation processes

Skills & Experience

• Some experience of creating, developing and managing Telegram channels
• Some knowledge of how to run engaging, impactful campaigns on Telegram and YouTube; experience with Twitch is a bonus
• Experience running paid promotions on Telegram, Meta and Google a bonus
• Comfortable developing strategies and other documents, presenting and communicating in both Russian and English
• Experience working on digital strategy and social media management, across platforms including VK, YouTube, Meta and TikTok is desirable but not essential

Salary & Benefits

• Up to £32,000
• Extensive benefits package

Location & Workplace Policy

• Candidates must be UK-based and have ILR/EU Settled/UK passport
• London based, 2 days in office, 3 from home
