We're thrilled to collaborate with a well-established, prominent music distribution company in their search for a talented individual to join their team as a Digital Data Coordinator. Based in Central London, you'll be an integral part of a large team, focusing on managing the efficient processing of their digital repertoire.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure smooth and precise ingestion of metadata and assets for digital repertoire.
- Conduct quality control and approve new digital releases in the internal System.
- Oversee the processing of media assets through the digital supply chain.
- Handle deliveries to Digital Service Providers using both internal and external systems.
- Offer guidance to clients and address delivery issues.
- Contribute to team projects and assist the Manager as needed.
- At least 1 years’ experience in a similar role (label, distributor, technical partner)
- Experience working with metadata.
- Strong Excel skills (experience with v-lookup and pivot tables)
- Able to absorb new learning styles quickly
- Ability to work accurately under time constraints with a keen eye for detail across multiple tasks.
- Previous experience with Digital Service Provider Content Management Systems.
- Strong communication and highly skilled at building rapport across all levels of the organisation.
- Confident, warm and friendly, comfortable putting your hand up and getting involved!
- Agile and adaptable to thrive in a dynamic, ever-changing environment.
- A team player who actively contributes to team cohesion.
