About the Job

We are looking for a talented Digital Designer to join our VS UK Marketing Team, working primarily on digital assets across multiple categories within Victoria’s Secret, including lingerie, sleepwear, beauty and our VS sister brand PINK. We are searching for a multi-disciplinary designer with a flair for motion led content and typography and a passion for exploring and delivering innovative digital creative solutions for the business to a market leading standard.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment, working within brand or campaign guidelines to create inspiring assets and content for social media, digital advertising, in store digital content and marketing events. The role will also work in partnership with site & email designers, setting the tone for Victoria’s Secret’s presence in the digital space, ensuring our creative content is consistent and ‘on brand’ across all the channels. The successful candidate should also have some experience supporting the creation of print marketing campaigns for stores when required.

The role reports into our Channel & Content Lead and works closely with the Senior Creative Designer for Victoria’s Secret.

The ability to manage your own workload whilst working collaboratively across several simultaneous projects is vital, as is creativity and passion for wider creative trends and innovations to help drive our brands forward.

You will be..

  • Working closely with our Marketing team and the Senior Creative Designer to create engaging content for all digital assets and ensuring all designs are aligned with brand image, while meeting usability & web standards
  • Ensuring brand consistency in design & content across all company platforms
  • Creating consistently stylish and on-brand designs, brought to life through video, motion graphics and beautiful typography
  • The owner of paid media asset creation
  • Working alongside the Senior creative designer to ensure all POS and Digital signage in store reflects an omni channel experience & is consistent with overall brand look and feel & Tone of Voice
  • Supporting the Retail Marketing & Social Media Manager to deliver engaging social content through original, owned or external content creators
  • A key part of the Creative Process, ensuring our brands stay ahead of the competition by sharing ideas and creating engaging content across all channels
  • Able to independently manage workload in order to hit tight deadlines whilst working simultaneously on numerous streams of work, ensuring each is executed with equal care and creativity
  • Preparing briefs & presents design ideas to relevant stakeholders
  • Reviewing product positioning & channel marketing content to identify improvements
  • Influencing the site & email creative teams to maximise all available tools to create the most elevated & effective creative experience possible across all digital channels

Your talent..

  • Sufficient experience working on digital and social campaigns (from an agency or in house fashion/beauty/lifestyle brand)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Self-starter who is energised by the pace and can manage your own workload, juggling projects to execute briefs within tight deadlines
  • Strong knowledge of After Effects and experience creating video/motion assets for social media
  • Strong knowledge of Sketch/Figma/XD/Adobe, Photoshop, InDesign & Illustrator with interest in new technology, processes and developments
  • An understanding of building emails in HTML is desirable (but not essential)
  • Good knowledge of current creative digital and fashion trends, whilst keeping up to date with new trends, technologies, formats and updates to social channels
  • Good understanding of typography, colour theory, layout principles, best practice, and user experience
  • Ability to work across multiple brands, interpreting brand guidelines and designing within our brands’ aesthetics and values
  • Experience / interest in exploring new programs in creative design to elevate and bring new ideas to life
