The organisation is the women’s health charity saving and changing the lives of women, girls, and babies. Their ambition is to ensure that women’s lives are not limited by their gynaecological and reproductive health.
They do this by investing in world class research, championing education, tackling taboos, influencing guidelines, policy and practice and empowering women to advocate for themselves.
The charity is in an exciting stage in their evolution. Being two years into a five-year organisational strategy that is funding groundbreaking research and driving the charity to reach more women and girls through education and advocacy campaigns.
Please note this is a permanent role, being offered on a part time 0.8 (FTE) hybrid working basis.
Our client is looking for an experienced digital expert to improve the way they work across the digital space to deliver the charity’s objectives. Key to this is mapping their supporter journeys to engage existing audiences more effectively and bring new supporters on board. The Digital Engagement Manager will work on digital methods to raise the charity’s profile and optimise their fundraising and advocacy activities. Additionally, the post-holder will work with an agency to deliver paid social media and search advertising to reach targets for their campaigns, oversee website functionality and develop and manage the content strategies across socials, email, and website. This is a new role in an exciting period of growth for the organisation, where the post-holder will have the creative freedom to make the role their own and have an impact from day one.
The ideal candidate for this role will possess strong interpersonal communication skills, and have a deep understanding of user experience, digital journeys and implementing digital strategies across multiple channels. Additionally, you will have experience with digital analytics tools such as Google analytics and Hotjar. You will possess the strategic knowhow to enhance performance through social media, email, PPC, paid and organic traffic. The right candidate will be a creative team player exhibiting flexibility, determination, enthusiasm.
