My client, a prominent and award-winning insurance company, is in search of an experienced 'Digital Experience Lead' to join their expanding team. With direct reports, this role necessitates prior experience in leading and managing creative individuals in innovative environments.

• Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional digital product development, emphasizing strategy and executive-level influence.
• Proficient in utilizing digital analytics tools for enhancing user experience and executing digital strategies.
• Led the delivery of all digital user experiences for both new and existing developments.
• Proven track record of empowering teams through previous experience.
• This role involves strategic management, encompassing both stakeholder and team management, advocating for and owning a top-tier digital customer experience.
• Previously held responsibilities for UX, UI, Design, and Digital Analytics.
  

Position: Digital Experience Lead

Location: Bournemouth (Hybrid Work Environment)

Salary: £85,000, Depending on Experience
