Digital Growth Manager
Bracknell
The Role
We have a vacancy in our Marketing team for a Digital Growth Manager. This role will be based at our Head Office in Bracknell and offers hybrid working.
About the role
In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers across UK & Pro Duo businesses, using all available and appropriate channels, systems, partnerships and associations. You will have ownership of selected channel specific campaign and non-campaign based activity that drives traffic - Affiliates, SEO, PPC, Retargeting, Paid Social, Lead Generation + Yext & Stocard.
Key Responsibilities
Accountable for maximising traffic to all core Sally Europe websites. Manage the performance of paid digital channels, including search, affiliates, social and targeting/retargeting. Seek new opportunities to drive website traffic and continually improve overall performance.
Manage budget and external agencies to deliver plans and optimise performance.
Working closely with the eCommerce team, develop plans and improvement suggestions to increase
Responsible and Operational lead for identifying new marketing channels across UK & Europe to acquire customers, drive traffic and ultimately revenue
Selecting partners and agencies, setting up contracts and implementing with business owners.
Monitor and report on the performance of spend and target for each channel and campaign. Agree plans for customer sign up incentives to ensure engagement and profitability.
Work closely with the Operational teams (UK & Europe) to understand what they need to drive organic and data driven sign ups in store at the local level & facilitate the provision of materials through the other channel owners.
About you
5+ years marketing experience & running SEO/PPC
Experience of managing customer acquisition campaigns and targets with a business. Both in retail and B2B environment.
Experience of managing digital marketing within a retail business, including paid search, affiliates and other channels.
Strong analytical skills; able to analyse data to inform actions and decisions. Understanding of Google Analytics
Sales driven and results-oriented, with strong customer focus
Strong written and verbal communication skills
