Office Angels are currently recruiting for a Digital Growth Manager for our client based in Bracknell.

Role: Digital Growth Manager

Location: Bracknell

Salary: £55,000 to £65,000 per annum

The Role:

Ownership of selected channel specific campaign and non-campaign based activity that drives traffic (plus revenue and profits) - Affiliates, SEO, PPC, Retargeting, Paid Social, Lead Generation + Yext & Stocard

Responsible for acquiring new customers across UK & Pro-Duo business, using all available and appropriate channels, systems, partnerships and associations.

Responsible for continuously improving revenue performance and return on investment linked to both the volume and quality of the customers acquired.

Ownership and development of the systems and key Agency support required to achieve the business traffic and acquisition targets

Website Traffic Management

  • Accountable for maximising traffic to all core Sally Europe websites. Manage the performance of paid digital channels, including search, affiliates, social and targeting/retargeting. Seek new opportunities to drive website traffic and continually improve overall performance.
  • Manage budget and external agencies to deliver plans and optimise performance.
  • Working closely with the eCommerce team, develop plans and improvement suggestions to increase organic search traffic to the websites using content, product data and technical solutions.
  • Using our customer data and their behaviours, work closely with the Insights team to identify & target customers and create personalised communication to increase multi-channel shoppers. Work closely with the CRM responsible team members to implement and manage the automated programmes and BAU campaigns that drive traffic (including Prospect data collection, sign up and conversion)
  • Maximise the use of paid social campaigns to help drive key product and brand messages and engage customers to shop

New channels

  • Responsible and Operational lead for identifying new marketing channels across UK & Europe to acquire customers, drive traffic and ultimately revenue
  • Selecting partners and agencies, setting up contracts and implementing with business owners.
  • Manage the balance of activity, working with the Insights Team and tools such as GA to ascertain the best ROI for each activity and managing budgets accordingly

New Customer Acquisition

  • Working alongside other stakeholders, contribute to the strategy and drive delivery of the plan to achieve the annual target for acquiring new customers across the Sally Europe business to cover:
    • Trade
    • Retail
    • Students
    • Colleges
    • Corporate Accounts
  • Use all available channels for the widest reach, the most relevant customers and at the most effective ROI
  • Monitor and report on the performance of spend and target for each channel and campaign. Agree plans for customer sign up incentives to ensure engagement and profitability.
  • Manage all agencies relationships to a high quality

Lead Generation

  • Working cross functionally, develop appropriate Lead Gen Funnel activities to help to capture and convert high quality / high volume prospects into regular shoppers

Cross channel acquisition plan

  • Work with all appropriate channel owners and the operational teams to create a combined annual plan and put in place campaigns to deliver the acquisition and ROI targets
  • Use customer data through CRM and social platforms to create target customer groups. Include email, social media, search, Social, Sally & PRO-DUO websites, media websites and other digital channels
  • Work closely with the Operational teams (UK & Europe) to understand what they need to drive organic and data driven sign ups in store at the local level & facilitate the provision of materials through the other channel owners.

Stocard

  • Review the justification on return for any activity using this channel, understanding each target customer group, country, category and products affected - and the financial impact
  • Lead on the priority weighting of each campaign and offer to ensure the targeted number of customers are issued the correct campaign in order to drive the desired business impact

Budget management

  • Raise PO's, check invoices and actively support the team on budget reconciliation & forecasting
  • Continuously look for ways to be more effective & save money

People

  • Engaging, hiring, developing and retaining talent within a positive environment. Ensuring that the team has the right attributes and configuration to enable success.
  • Develop succession plans that are fit for purpose now and in the future.
  • Ensure direct reports are meeting the people development needs and management duties for their reports.

Develop people at all levels through 1:1s, team meetings, coaching and consistent feedback
