Job description

I am seeking a talented and dynamic Growth Marketing Manager with a strong focus on Digital growth and lead generation strategies for my client who are a growing organisation on the outskirts of Ascot. As a key member of their marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative campaigns to drive acquisition, increase conversion rates, and ultimately accelerate revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in digital marketing, with a deep understanding of lead generation tactics across various online channels.

You will be a creative thinker, proficient and passionate digital expert with the objective of utilising latest tech to drive orgasnisational digital transformation and a proven track record of driving growth.

You will be a self-motivated and equally enthusiastic, confident delivering digital marketing strategies in a fast-paced environment and advising on industry innovations and best practice.

Responsibilities

  • Digital growth hacking & innovation
  • Managing Digital channels, content creation, blogs, thought leadership and proficiency in WordPress managed websites, with an understanding of SEO best practice and keyword research.
  • Bring knowledge & insight to uplift clients’ accounts on social media & digital platforms.
  • Confident presenting strategy and output across PPC, SEO, organic and paid social media and across digital channels.
  • Work collaboratively with partners to deliver outstanding client services.
  • Work with the wider team and departments to develop robust digital marketing plans for new product releases, special offers, events, etc.
  • Strategically devise and manage paid media campaigns, e.g. Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube and display advertising, including channel mix and budget recommendations.
  • Analyse and evaluate digital marketing campaigns using tools such as Google Analytics and Cloud Campaign to determine efficacy and areas for improvement, and report back.
  • Brief departments on assets required for company online channels, including social media accounts, website content and email marketing campaigns.
  • Work with New Business team to devise strategic digital marketing proposals, including cost breakdowns/scoping
  • Working knowledge of Marketing Automation tools and streamlining the lead generation and contact strategy
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing and lead generation. Conduct competitive analysis to identify gaps and opportunities for differentiation.
Hybrid working

5 days a week - 8:30 til 5:30 with 3 days in the office

Requirements

  • Excellent working knowledge of everything digital, across emerging tech, confident explaining how they work together within multi-channel marketing campaigns to achieve wider client objectives.
  • Hands-on experience implementing and optimising PPC campaigns.
  • A confident written and verbal communicator.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and manage workload efficiently.
  • Strong organisational, analytical and project management skills.
  • Experience required: Digital strategy, Growth marketing, Marketing communications, Brand/Partnership Management, SEO, CRO, PPC, Social Media, Project Management, AI, Web Design & Development and Creative.
