Your role will be pivotal in merging compelling design with effective learning strategies to offer end-to-end learning solutions that delight clients and empower learners.
About You
We are looking for a candidate who is not only passionate about Digital Learning but also possesses a deep understanding of instructional design and creative content development. The ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of 3 years' commercial experience in eLearning or related creative industries.
- Advanced proficiency in the Articulate 360 suite, with a particular focus on Storyline and RISE.
- Familiarity with SCORM 1.2/2004/xAPI standards.
- Knowledge of WCAG 2.0 AA accessibility guidelines.
- A solid foundation in adult learning theories and instructional design methodologies.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
About The Role
As a key member of our team, this role plays a crucial part in the creation of engaging and effective eLearning solutions. The primary responsibilities include:
- Contribute to brainstorming and solution forming during project proposal and kick-off stages.
- Consult with clients to identify their learning objectives, create storyboards, and develop tailored learning solutions.
- Collaborate with Graphic Designers to conceptualize and create engaging eLearning modules using leading authoring tools, such as Articulate 360.
- Apply adult learning theories to craft structured and impactful learning paths, defining measurable learning outcomes, and developing assessments.
- Rigorous testing module functionality and outcomes before QA Team review and client delivery.
- Maintain timely communication with Project Managers to ensure clarity in progress and smooth delivery. Presenting project updates to clients as needed.
- Provide clear guidance to the content development team and working closely with Instructional and Visual Designers to ensure a high standard of delivery.
