Digital Marketer

With our organisation growing, we are looking for an enthusiastic and committed individual to join our team as an in-house Digital Marketer.

Requirements:

Please note: The working hours for this role are flexible ( but it is a full time 37 hours role) and can be negotiated with the employer.

This is also a hybrid/remote role, offering maximum flexibility.

Responsibilities include:

- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to the company website

- Film high-quality and engaging content to be used across our social media platforms

- Create advertising content for our Company Events

- Manage and optimise digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google, Facebook, Instagram and Tik-tok.

- Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for search engine optimization (SEO)

- Create and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage with customers

- Monitor and analyse website analytics, social media metrics, and campaign performance to identify areas of improvement

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing

- do physical marketing and leafletting in the local area

The ideal candidate will have:

- Proven experience in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, email marketing, and content marketing

- A deep understanding in using digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and email marketing platforms

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Creative thinking with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
