About Us: Trailblazing Group is a new multi-product digital agency based in Scotland run by a motivated team with a strong business history, experience, and success in various fields.

As our new Digital Marketer, you'll be at the forefront of our digital agency team, steering the course for success.

Your Role: Reporting directly to the Project Manager, you will lead a team of digital experts to drive revenue and conversions across our diverse portfolio of B2B and B2C brands. From Professional Sports to Retail, Health & Lifestyle, and Home Services – you'll be the strategic mind shaping our digital landscape.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute impactful digital communication strategies and campaigns.
• Craft seamless and memorable customer experiences to elevate and grow client brands and revenues.
• Build and manage a spectrum of digital marketing disciplines, with a primary focus on eCRM, CRO, Paid and Organic search, Social, PPC, Meta and Digital PR.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years in a digital marketing role, showcasing your strategic prowess.
• Familiarity with digital SAAS and CRM platforms
• Expertise in eCommerce and Digital Consumer Retail.
• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, both organic and paid.
• Strong analytical skills, utilizing GA4, native apps/tools and PPC.
• A passion for staying abreast of the latest digital trends and technologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in (Digital) Marketing or a related field.
