The founder has been in the property, renewables and tech space for over 20 years and we are just opening our new location in Swansea to consolidate our brands.

PropAlt is our PropTech offering which is a B2B marketing platform for the property market. Covering the UK it is primarily used to build audiences and send Direct Mail to consumers and businesses. It is also a market leading analysis tool which helps professionals analyse and compare over 29 million properties in the UK.
We have a team based in London, Leeds, Swansea, and Asia.

Wise Hive Group is a GreenTech B2C company based in South Wales which is a renewable energy installer offering solar PV, home batteries, heat pumps and similar products. The brand creates lots of free educational material and is aiming to be National over the next 2 years.

**Overview:**

We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing and possess a strong understanding of various online marketing techniques.

We are looking for an entrepreneurial person who is looking to grow as a marketer and business person.

**Duties:**

- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies

- Manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns

- Create engaging copy for marketing materials

- Conduct email marketing campaigns

- Analyze and report on marketing data using Excel and HubSpot

- Collaborate with the team on B2B and B2C marketing initiatives

**Requirements:**

- Proficiency in English with excellent written communication skills

- Strong time management and organizational abilities

- Experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn and email marketing

- Knowledge of B2B & B2C marketing strategies

- Experience using design and marketing products such as HubSpot, Canva, Photoshop, Video Editing.

- Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel

Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
