Job Title:Digital Marketing Executive

An opportunity has arisen to join our dynamic team at Team Valley Group! We're seeking a talented Digital Marketing Executive to help drive our clients’ online presence and engage with their target audiences. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about digital marketing and eager to make a significant impact in a fast-paced environment.

As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote clients' brands, increase their online visibility, and drive customer engagement. You will manage a portfolio of clients to create compelling content, manage campaigns, analyse performance metrics, and optimise online presence across various channels.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and manage a portfolio of accounts for marketing initiatives.

- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive traffic, leads, and sales through various online channels including email, social media, PPC, SEO, and content marketing.

- Collaborate with internal teams to create high-quality content for digital platforms, including website copywriting, blogs, social media, and email newsletters.

- Monitor and analyse the performance of digital marketing efforts using web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Social Pilot, Ahrefs etc) and provide insights and recommendations for optimisation.

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in marketing, and identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.

- Manage social media accounts, including creating and scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and monitoring online conversations.

- Assist in the development of digital marketing materials such as landing pages, email templates, and ad creatives.

- Support other marketing initiatives and projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

- Proven experience in marketing, with a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, tactics, and tools.

- Solid knowledge of social media platforms, SEO principles, email marketing best practices, and web analytics.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for digital channels.

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive informed decisions and optimise performance.

- Detail-oriented with strong organisational and multitasking abilities.

- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.

- Experience with graphic design and website tools (e.g., Adobe Express, WordPress) is a plus.
