Search are currently working with a renowned third sector organisation to appoint an experienced Digital Marketing professional to join their team. This role is centred around enhancing the organisation's digital presence through creating, executing and monitoring campaigns across all digital networks. This would be an excellent opportunity for somebody looking to take more autonomy over key marketing strategies and creative decision making.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the company's website, ensuring it remains up to date and work to increase the site's visibility and consumer reach.
- Create content to strategically grow the organisations social media presence.
- Develop targeted Digital Marketing campaigns aligned with the company's aims and ethos and monitor campaign performance.
- Work to stay updated with relevant Digital Marketing trends and best practices.
- Utilise insights from data to inform future Digital Marketing strategies and track ROI.
Person Specification
- Digital marketing experience
- You will be a key player in the success of the Digital Marketing activities and thus, strong digital marking experience is required. You must be able to demonstrate a track record of success in a similar role.
- Knowledge of Digital Marketing tools, process and analytics
- Experience of using analytics to track campaign performance, experience with social media management tools, email marketing, content management systems, and experience using SEO principles. Experience with Wordpress.
- Content creation
- Experience of marketing content creation across a variety of platforms.
- Personal characteristics
- Demonstrate a strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills with stakeholders at all levels.
I would be interested in speaking to those with at least two years experience in a Digital Marketing role, ideally within a a membership organisation.
