Digital Marketing Analyst

I am seeking a detail-oriented Digital Marketing Analyst to join an award-winning agency! The ideal candidate will be responsible for analysing clients’ Digital Marketing performance and proposing actionable strategies to improve it. This role is ideal for a highly motivated individual who thrives in a dynamic work environment and is eager to take their career to the next level or a seasoned Digital Marketing data enthusiast.

Day to Day of the Role:

• Gather, report, analyse, and interpret marketing data across multiple channels including SEO, Paid Media, Email/CRM, Social Media, and Affiliate Marketing.
• Present data findings and strategic recommendations through reports for campaigns and digitally-retained clients.
• Develop and maintain custom dashboards 
• Utilise data visualisation tools like Tableau, Data Studio, or Power BI to track key performance metrics and trends.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations for clients, reporting back to the Strategy Department.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure data-driven decision-making.
• Stay current with Digital Marketing trends, analytics tools, and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Sound knowledge of analytics tools including GA4, Google Ads, Google Console, and Google Tag Manager.
• Proven experience in Digital Marketing analytics and interpreting data from various marketing channels.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver strategic evidence and insights.
• Familiarity with Digital Marketing channels and meeting clients’ objectives within budgets and deadlines.
• Versatile nature with the ability to work fast with agility and precision.
• Commitment to staying updated with the latest Digital Marketing trends, tech, and software.
• Confident and committed attitude, seeing the role as more than just a job.
