Overview:
We are looking for an eager candidate to work within the Digital Marketing division of the business to work along side and support experienced professionals on Digital Marketing projects. 

As a Digital Marketing Apprentice, you will be responsible for supporting our Digital Marketing efforts and gaining valuable hands-on experience in the field. This role offers a unique opportunity to work alongside a skilled team of professionals and develop a broad range of Digital Marketing skills. 

You will play a crucial role in implementing and optimizing Digital Marketing campaigns, analysing data, and contributing to the overall success of our Digital Marketing strategies. 

Duties:

  • Campaign support: Assist in the execution and management of Digital Marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, and content marketing
  • Content creation: Collaborate with the team to create engaging and relevant content for digital platforms, such as blog posts, social media posts, emails, and website copy
  • Social media management: Assist in managing social media accounts, including content scheduling, community engagement, and monitoring social media trends
  • Analytics and reporting: Monitor and analyse key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness. Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, website traffic, and social media engagement
  • Search Engine Optimisation (SEO): Support SEO initiatives by conducting keyword research, optimizing website content, and implementing SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings
  • Email marketing: Help create and execute email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, content creation, A/B testing, and performance tracking
  • Research and competitive analysis: Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry trends analysis to identify opportunities and improve marketing strategies
  • Website maintenance: Assist in managing website content updates, ensuring a seamless user experience, and optimising website performance
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, content, and development, to ensure marketing campaigns align with brand guidelines and objectives
  • Stay updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest Digital Marketing trends, tools, and technologies, and share insights with the team

Entry requirements:

  • 3 GCSE's (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject
  • GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)
  • Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship in a similar subject

You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.

If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.

Salary:
£14,000 per annum. 

Working week:
37.5hrs.
